DESCRIPTION:Planning Board meets the First and Third Wednesdays of the month at 5pm in the Town Hall meeting room. \nMeetings can be cancelled if there is no business to come before the Planning Board. \nPermit Applications can be picked up at the Greenville Code Enforcement Office Tuesday-Friday\, 7am-5pm. In order to provide adequate time for Planning Board review\, applications for Subdivisions and Conditional Use permits\, and revisions of previously submitted applications\, must be completed and timestamped by the Code Enforcement Officer a minimum of three weeks before the next Planning Board meeting. Please note that the Planning Board meets on the first & third Wednesdays of each month. If an application is not timestamped three weeks prior to the first or third Wednesday meeting\, review of the application may be moved to the next scheduled Planning Board meeting \nPlease call the Greenville Code Enforcement Office for Planning Board information. \nAbout the Planning Board\nThe Board consists of seven members\, each having one vote.
